"Super Easy Makeup Lesson"
We had to miss a class, and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, but no, the makeup lesson policy was really simple. The staff helped me find another time and got it booked without making me feel bad or turning it into a hassle. With our week being totally chaotic, I really appreciated how easy they made it...

"Slow responses from management"
Am I the only one who feels like management takes forever to reply? I’ve had to wait longer than expected for responses, and it can get frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple answer or update

"Lessons made a difference"
My kid started swimming better after just a few lessons. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it really seems like something clicked, or maybe just having the right teacher..

"clean Changing rooms, Easy"
the changing rooms were actually really clean and easy to use. There was enough room for me and my kid to get sorted without feeling cramped, and the benches weren’t all wet like they are at some pools. hooks and showers worked fine too, which made getting in and out Way less stressful.

"Good classes, but the cancellation policy is a hassle"
My kid actually really likes the classes, and the teachers have all been nice, so I don’t have much to complain about on that side of things. The pool seems well-run, the lessons are organized, and everything feels smooth once we’re there. It’s just the cancellation policy that bugs me a bit. Life happens, plans change, kids get sick out of nowhere, and it feels like it’s not always easy to adjust without it becoming a whole thing. I totally understand needing rules and structure, but I do wish there was a little more flexibility. Overall it’s been a decent experience, I just wish canceling or changing a class wasn’t so annoying.

"My son is finally comfortable in the water..."
The instructors have been so patient and kind... it’s made such a difference for my son. He used to be really unsure around the water, but now he finally feels okay and much more confident.

We’ve actually been really happy with Emler. The price seems fair for the class size, and my kid gets a good amount of attention, which is nice because apparently that’s not always a given with kids’ activities. It’s definitely not the cheapest thing on our monthly list, but at least this one feels like we’re getting what we pay for each week

"The class itself was okay, and there were…"
The class itself was okay, and there were parts I did enjoy. I’m kind of jumping around here, but the main thing that stuck with me wasn’t the lesson so much as the supervision. At a few points, it felt a little too light, like I wasn’t totally sure someone was keeping a close enough eye on everything. Maybe nothing bad happened, but with stuff like this, you want safety to feel obvious, not something you have to wonder about. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I would have felt better if the oversight had been stronger.

"Lessons are okay, but they didn’t follow through like they said"
The swim lessons themselves have been fine, but the customer service has been frustrating. I was told the schedule issue would be taken care of, but then nothing really happened and I had to call again to get it fixed. The second time I called, the response felt rushed, like they just wanted to get me off the phone. They did eventually sort it out, but it didn’t feel smooth at all, especially after being told it would be handled the first time.

"Good teacher, but the class felt too crowded"
The teacher seemed really nice and my kid liked them, but the group was just bigger than I expected. Maybe it was just the day we went or maybe that’s normal, I’m not totally sure, but it felt like there wasn’t enough individual time for each swimmer. A few kids seemed to be waiting around quite a bit. For what we paid, I was hoping for a smaller class. It might be totally fine for some families, but it just didn’t really feel like the right fit for us.

"So relieved we gave it a try"
We signed up for Emler Swim School because my son was really nervous around pools and wouldn’t even put his face in the water. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go, but the teachers were so patient and never made him feel embarrassed or pressured. After a few weeks, he was actually smiling during class and trying new things without me having to beg him. That felt like such a huge win. He still has more to learn, but his confidence has grown so much already. I’m really relieved we decided to give it a try.

"Good Classes, but Communication Could Be Clearer"
The classes themselves were fine, and my child seemed to do okay with them, but the communication with parents could definitely be better. Updates often came late, and I had to ask more than once about the schedule, which was frustrating. I just expected clearer instructions and more timely information so we weren’t left guessing.

"Signup Was a Bit Confusing?!"
I did get signed up in the end, but wow, it took me a while to figure out what I was supposed to do?! It wasn’t impossible or anything, just more confusing than I expected.

"I regret coming here. The floors…"
I regret coming here. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bathrooms had a weird smell that was hard to ignore. It just made the whole place feel uncomfortable.

"Really happy with the swim lessons"
After looking at a few swim programs, Emler has been the one that feels the most thought-out to us. The curriculum actually makes sense, and my kid isn’t just splashing around the whole time. They build on each skill week by week, so you can really see the progress. It’s organized without feeling overly rigid, which makes the whole experience a lot less stressful for both of us

"Finally Found a Swim Coach My Kids Love"
I’m so relieved we gave this swim coach a try. My kids can be a little unsure with new instructors, but having someone consistent has made such a big difference. They’re actually excited for lessons now, and I can see their confidence growing each week

"Good for water safety, but classes felt busier than expected"
We signed up mostly because my kid was really nervous around pools, and I will say the teacher has been great about focusing on practical safety stuff like floating, getting to the wall, and what to do if they fall in. It’s not just kicks and bubbles, which I really appreciate. My child still isn’t an amazing swimmer or anything, but I do feel a lot better watching them around water now. They go over the safety rules so much that it actually seems to stick. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the classes can feel busy sometimes. I felt a little misled because I expected it to be a calmer, more focused setup based on how it was presented when we signed up. Still, overall I’m happy we did it...
